Personally Identifiable Information
We may collect any or all of the following Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from registered users: name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and the last four digits and expiry date of credit cards.
We may use this PII to create your account, to communicate with you about products and services you’ve purchased, to offer you additional products and services, and to bill you. The information is also used to the extent necessary to enforce the Service’s Acceptable Use policies, as given in our Terms of Service, and to prevent imminent harm to persons or property.
We use SSL/TLS to protect PII, and standard data integrity practices to prevent the loss or exfiltration of such data from our servers. Unfortunately, even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of PII. By using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree that no such guarantee is made, and that your use is at your own risk.
Your PII is accessible and modifiable through your account.
We use “cookies” to collect certain information from all users, including those who are not registered. A cookie is a string of data our system sends to your computer and then uses to identify your computer when you return to our website. Cookies provide us with usage data, such as how often users visit, where users go on the site, and what they do.

PonEE is a fully GDPR-compliant Data Processor. This means we process data owner by other organizations (customers), called Data Controllers.
You can, as a data controller, at any time request insight into what data we keep pertaining to anyone in your organization, or request your stored data be deleted (Right to be Forgotten) by contacting us at email@example.com. Data security is handled in accordance with the regulations as laid out by the Danish Data Protection Agency.
